I’m Yossi, and I guide Israeli investorsin Dubai real estate
Dubai can be an amazing market for investors — but only for those who enter it properly: with understanding, checks, comparisons, and without being dazzled by pretty presentations or oversized promises.
My approach is simple
Before buying a property in Dubai, you need to understand what really stands behind the deal: the area, the developer, the price, the payment terms, the risks, and the fit with your personal goal.
I didn’t come to Dubai from the slogans side. I came from the investor’s side.
I know the feeling of an investor who sees many projects, many numbers, many promises — and many people explaining why “this is the best deal right now”.
Over time I learned that precisely in Dubai — a fast, shiny market full of opportunities — you need to pause and check everything coldly and clearly. Not every beautiful project is a good investment, and not every comfortable payment plan truly fits every investor.
What matters to me in guidance?
Because Dubai attracts people fast — but a good investment takes more than excitement
The name “Habibi Come to Dubai” is catchy, direct and lighthearted, but behind it stands a serious approach: helping investors understand the market before entering it. Not selling a dream — checking reality.
A good deal is not just a good price. It’s the right fit for the investor.
When I examine a deal, I don’t just look at the picture of the building or the yield promise. I look at the bigger picture.
Area
Where the project is, what’s happening around it, who it suits, and the area’s real potential in the coming years.
Developer
Who is behind the project, their history, whether they deliver on time, and how their previous projects look.
Price
Whether the price truly makes sense relative to the area, size, project stage and other transactions nearby.
Payment plan
Whether the payments are comfortable only on paper, or truly fit your capacity and cash flow.
Risks
What can go wrong, what needs checking, and what’s important to understand before proceeding to signature.
Personal goal
Whether the investment fits your goal: rental income, appreciation, personal use, diversification or a combination.
I’m right for investors who want to understand before they buy
My guidance especially suits those who understand Dubai is not a game. It’s a market with real opportunities — but also plenty of marketing, pressure, promises and information gaps.
And who is it less suitable for?
It’s less suitable for those looking for quick promises, guaranteed yield, or someone to tell them “buy now” without checking in depth.
An orderly, clear process without unnecessary noise
Understanding you as an investor
Budget, goal, time horizon, risk level, preferred property type, and whether you seek income, appreciation or a combination.
Reviewing options
Off-plan, secondary, ready property, different areas, different developers and different payment plans.
Breaking down the deal
Checking price, location, surroundings, developer, handover, costs, risks and what can affect the investment.
Deciding calmly
The goal is not to decide fast. The goal is to decide right, with a clearer picture.
I don’t believe in selling a dream. I believe in checking a deal.
Dubai can be an excellent opportunity, but a sound investment starts with the right questions: why this specific area? Why this developer? Why this price? And what is your plan as an investor?
